ECStA, the Flemish Interuniversity Council (VLIR) and the Council of Flemish Universities of Applied Sciences and Arts, invite you to the international ESAC25 Conference from 19-21 March 2025 in Antwerp, Belgium.
What is the conference about?
Diversity, reflected in personal background, socioeconomic status, cultural perspective, neurodiversity, and literacy levels, is a defining feature of student populations in Europe, shaping their academic journeys and posing critical questions for Student Support Services (S³).
This conference explores best practices and research to ensure that all students experience a successful and fulfilling academic path by addressing their diverse needs. It challenges S³ to re-evaluate their knowledge base, attitudes toward individual trajectories, and established practices to adopt more inclusive approaches.
As societal and student expectations evolve, the conference examines whether flexible, personalised service delivery should replace one-size-fits-all solutions and how institutions can balance these expectations with policy choices and their capacity to adapt.
Detailed information about each session is available on our website. As spaces are limited, we encourage you to register promptly.
