The 5 Flemish universities are excited to announce the official launch of the PhD Talent Pool Flanders, a new recruitment platform designed to better and faster align the supply and demand for PhD talent.

The launch of this career board on Thursday 24 June (09:00 hrs-12:00 hrs) is a major step towards our objective to smoothen the transition of skilled PhD degree holders to the labour market, and support employers in their search for the best employees.
Join us on 24 June for an online, informative and fun-filled morning in which to engage and connect with recruiters, and learn about how to successfully create an attention-grabbing profile on the PhD Talent Pool Flanders platform.

Tentative programme

• 09:00: words of welcome by Koen Verlaeckt, Secretary General of the Flemish Interuniversity Council (VLIR)
• 09:10: introduction by Sonal Bahl, career strategist, podcaster and founder of Supercharge, former HR director
• 09:30: labour market-oriented panel discussion moderated by Sonal Bahl
